Just finished my workout you gave me and I just feel so pumped and happy I always hated working out but I actually love the workouts you have given me I love lifting my little weights it takes me 15-20 mins my baby was sleeping on the lounge next to me my big kids playing outside and I just felt overwhelmed with gratitude for finding you. I’m so glad I took the leap and invested in myself with Lachy. I’ve lost weight, my relationship with food has changed dramatically- still eating the things I want but it’s all become very simplified thanks to Lachy.
