COACH LACHY OLIVER
Lachy is the founder of BHUMAN and has been immersed in training, nutrition and health for over 20 years.
From a young age, Lachy dealt with a range of challenges including insomnia, psoriasis, ADHD, anxiety and depression. At just 10 years old, he discovered exercise and for the first time found a positive outlet. Training quickly became a constant in his life, building discipline, structure and purpose.

After school, Lachy completed his personal training qualifications while working full time across industries including sales, construction and interstate area management. Despite career success and financial stability, he felt unfulfilled and ultimately chose to pursue coaching full time, initially focusing on strength training and fat loss with strong results in his early to mid 20s.
In his late 20s, Lachy was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Unwilling to rely on long term medication, he committed fully to finding a natural solution. After years of trialling modern dietary approaches, supplements, practitioners and protocols with little success, he adopted a carnivore and ancestral style of eating inspired by hunter gatherer principles.
The change was profound. Inflammation reduced, focus improved, anxiety and depression lifted, psoriasis resolved, testosterone increased and Crohn’s disease entered remission without medication. This shift did not just transform his own health but also the outcomes of his clients.
As clients adopted the same ancestral approach, many experienced dramatic improvements in energy, digestion, inflammation, body composition and overall wellbeing. Lachy recognised that this was more than another nutrition strategy. It was a return to how humans are meant to eat.

Kyle is a fat loss and performance coach with over five years of coaching experience and a strong focus on long term health.
First and foremost, Kyle is a husband and father. Family is his primary driver and influences everything he does, both personally and professionally. His lifestyle reflects this commitment, balancing demanding training with being present and setting a strong example for his children.

Kyle competes in bodybuilding and ultra running, regularly running between 50 and 100 kilometres per week while still completing three to four weight training sessions. His approach to training is not about extremes but about showing consistency, resilience and work ethic, even on the days when motivation is low.
When Kyle first entered coaching, his focus was primarily on helping people look better. Over time, that perspective evolved. Through years of experience and personal growth, he recognised that internal health is just as important as external results.
Kyle now prioritises creating the healthiest possible environment for his family and clients. He is committed to continual learning and is open to new strategies that improve gut health, energy, performance and overall wellbeing. His coaching style is grounded, adaptable and focused on sustainable results that support your life.

This works even if you are busy AF you just need to start. The program is made for high performing people with hectic schedules. The meals are quick and easy and the training is as little as an hour a week
